This essay will choose Chinese and Korean as the studying subjects in order to get a clear idea about the rules that are shown in the meaning of Chinese and the idiomatic structure. The essay will take the studying method of statistics to make a contrast and analyze the quantity and ration of some special four-word idioms, to gain an insight into the idiomatic rules in the respect with the micro internal structure and the macro successive coherence and the causes of above-mentioned linguistic phenomenon, and in the meanwhile, to build up a fundamental formula about the literal meaning and structure, to conclude the time period and possible causes about the "transforming phenomenon" of the Chinese idioms aiming at making some further studying. From the Contrastive and analytical studying in the special Chinese and Korean four-word idioms, it is clear that most of the idioms are always keep the same structure with each other, but the difference is that some specific one has its own expressive form, that is to say, the special Chinese and Korean four-word idioms seldom have the evident difference. Why this phenomenon is existing is that the Chinese culture has a long-history traditional form—the four-word idioms have had a far-reaching impact on the other Asian countries' cultures around, andSouth Korea is among them. In the long historic period of time, Chinese have expend a lot among other Asian cultures, and then given birth to an inter-actional phenomenon of transform. In the course of transforming, the transform from Chinese to Korean, Japanese and other languages is the mainstream, while the reverse transforming phenomenon is considered as the offshoot. In the transforming from Chinese to other languages (for example Korean, Japanese and so on ), due to the factors, such as geographic location, tradition, customs, there are some factional change, that is the emergence of the four-word idioms that have the transformed structure and meaning. The Korean has some Chinese four-word idioms, which is a very special linguistic form that was coming to being in the course of the Korean's development from the Chinese. However, in this developing course, apart from keeping the Korean idioms with four-word form, they also have some kind of changes in order to keep accordance with its own country's characteristics. This is also the main reason why the differences between the Korean and the Chinese in four-word idioms are existing. By the concerned studying, some goals can be got, for instance, to offer some linguistic conditions in the trans-governmental and civilian communications, to offer a solid foundation for "Han" ethnic students to study the Korean, to offer a practicing way for the students learning the Korean to get a deep understanding the essence of the spirits embodiedfrom the Korean ethnic culture, and all of these above-mentioned are the aims at which I am taking great efforts in this studying.
