Pop Art came into being from the end of the 1940s to the early of the 1970s in the Occidental,and had a rapid development in the United States. Pop Art's appearance plays a significant role for Visual Arts in developing in the direction of reedom,though it has no clear theories as art guidance.Andy Warhol(1928—1987) has outstanding contributions in the formation and development of Pop Art. He is a well-known print engraver and at the same time he has multiple identities,such as directors, designers and so on. His paintings not only has the appreciation of art works, but also realizes the the design of commercial value.He created a art style differrent from other artists ,the art style blurred the boundary between art and life, art and entertainment, elegance and customs. Andy Warhol's artistic practice begot a theoretical debate and deep thinking/while his Pop Art didn't form a systematic theoretical system.Therefore,the study of Andy Warhol's painting style and Pop Art aesthetic characteristics has a unique significance to understand many new art phenomena and the relation between art and design.From the perspective of Andy Warhol's Serigraphs creation, this paper dredges Andy Warhol's painting style, makes a specific analysis to the reasons for his paintings' success ,and analyzes Pop Art aesthetic features and its influence.This paper focuses on discussing the structure of Andy Warhol's painting,tries to find out the links of connection between Pop Art and traditional arts and the inevitability of Pop Art's formation, then illuminates Pop Art aesthetic features and its profound impact to the 20th century art and life.It is hoped to comprehend and learn from Pop Art aesthetic value,so that it is useful to artistic creation and art design practice.This paper is divided into six parts.Part I(the introduction) indicates that Andy Warhol's Pop Art painting style has an important role.and then points out the significance to Pop Art characteristics and theoretical studies.Part II (chapter 1)Summarizes the Pop Art of the overview, Andy Warhol's life history and the formation of painting style.Part III (chapter 2)is the focus of this paper. According to the analysis of Andy Warhol's painting traits ,works features and the way of creative expression, this part points out the reason why his painting phenomenon came into being and the factors of the times.and further lead people to understand Pop Art more deeply.Part IV(chapter 3)discourses the relation between Pop Art and other art schools. Part V(chapter 4) analyzes the formation of Andy Warhol's creative psychological structure and discusses three important factors that determined the formation of Andy Warhol 's art style : the change in business values, the establishment of philosophy, the formation of public art view. The last part(the conclusion) summarizes the front dissertation, further elucidates Pop Art aesthetic features and the affection to the visual art perception of the 20th century. The last part not only points out the significance of Andy Warhol's works and the reasons why his works widespread, but also points out Andy Warhol's Serigraphs art concepts' affection to Modem Paintings.
