Analysis Of Andy Warhol's Influence On Chinese Contemporary Painting

When referred to Andy Warhol,we immediately contact him to pop art.In the early 80's of last century,pop art artists went into Chinese perspective.They utilize the main form of pop art language stemmed from United States as a means to reflect society problems.The emergence of this art phenomenon made an immense impact to the art field at that time.Andy Warhol,American artist,film producer and promoter of popular art and the main advocate,one of the most influential artists to the second half of the 20th century,is an outstanding representative of Pop Art.10 years later after his death,the United Kingdom selected five art works of the 20th century.Andy·Warhol's "Gold Marilyn" is one of them.Savoring the fragrance and loss of Andy Warhol's painting art to the Chinese painting circles,under the guidance of reference and development,it developed a new form of pop art with personal characteristics.But to some extent,it weakened its guidance to the art.This article will focus on analyzing Andy Warhol and connotations of pop artists of contemporary Chinese paintings.Combining with its background and research direction, the article carries out my comprehensive detailed analysis on Andy Warhol and emphasis on his influence and revelation to Chinese contemporary painting.
