Southern Song Dynasty Shaoxing Years Poet Studies

The era of ShaoXing is an important transition stage in the Southern Song Dynasty, the hermit poets of this stage and their literature creation exert certain influence on many aspects of that time such as politics, thought culture and literature.The experience withdrawing from society and overall scene of them have important reference value to the form inspecting original society of Southern Song Dynasty. Position and the contribution making commended obvious life significance and spirit value as well as on literature and history of culture by them is assignable ,which is worth carrying out all-round thorough research.The objects of my paper are the hermit poets emerging during the era of ShaoXing of Southern Song Dynasty. This paper aims to deeply and fully examine this kind of special community - hermit poets and their cultural phenomena from all aspects, and then analyze the lives, literature creation, especially poetry creation of the hermit poets living in that era, whose poetry have been handed down from ancient time to now.My paper consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, I mainly discuss the influences upon the hermit poets that certain era phenomena of ShaoXing, cultural policies and certain political matters have from the perspective of time and space; and then examine several kinds of small groups of hermit poets during this period through analyzing statistics of geographic distribution.In the second chapter, I objectively describe the characteristics of hermit poets, distinctions of their types which they belong to and analyze their communication situation.In the third chapter, I study ShaoXing-era hermit poets' poetry creation. Through exploring the manners of poetry creation, contents of topic and artistic styles, I discuss about their thoughts and characteristics of poetry creation with specific poets and specific poetry.
