Nantian Yun was a famous artist in Early Qing China, and one of "Six Artist In Early Qing China".Because of The Mo-Gu Painting, he became an outstanding and unmatched artist in the field of art of that time. He was the originator of "Chang Zhou Genre",and his influence has been up to the present. This paper has tried to study Nantian Yun and his Mo-Gu Painting as the studing of Flower-Bird Painting's complexion in Terminal Ming-Early Qing China. By the method of Sociology,Esthetics,Iconography, on the basis of literature and works, combined Early Qing's historical background, this paper has researched Nantian Yun's life and so on. And has anylayed who he imitated and continuated, his artistic character and the function of this artistic character on the Mu-Gu painting style's shaping, the status of Nantian Yun's Mu-Gu painting and the influence of this paingting.
