Qing state is one of the Thirteen States in Han periods, it plays an extremely important role in politics, economy and culture. However, the works which investigate Qing State as a whole hasn't yet been published and the single articles researching it are also infrequent. This text starts with the officers working in Qing State, and by gathering and tidying historical records, such as Han book , After Han book , Three Kingdoms Marks and Lishi-and-Lixu, it makes the full analysis and overview to the officialdom (its state, shires, counties, country, station and all levels of its officials), and at the meantime it expounds the relationes between Qing State' s officers and its local officers.The full text includes two parts: preface and text. The preface expounds the research on related topics in academe currently and the textual research meaning. The text includes three parts, respectively discussing three aspects as follows:First, the establishment of Qing state. This part summarizes the origin of Qing State, local official system and the officer' s duty and pay.Secondly, officers in Qing State. This part includes four aspects:1. The successive officers of state level and the analysis to them.2. The successive officers of shire level and the analysis to nomnarchs.3. The successive officers of county level and the analysis to the heads and marquis.4 . The successive officials of country level and the change of countries and stations.Thirdly, Qing State' s officials and the local officialdom. This part discusses the main performance of the officials, the making of Qing State officials and the experience and lesson we should learn from them.
