The phenomena of lying always has been existed since ancient, however, larges of lying appear in the domain of moral and politics, took some kind of symptom, which has indicated moral and the political difficulty. In the deep sense, it also is politics and the philosophy, as well as the truth and the lying conflict, which is related to moral and ethics rules of human's behavior; we must think whether these rules can guide our behavior, which must be reconsidered by practical philosophy. The lying is said to the other, so ultimately this problem is related with how to treat the other. Existence of the other promises motion's significance. The practical philosophy must answer that the lying problem should be treated by practical wisdom which guide human's behavior. May the practical wisdom include the lying? May the lying be considered to legal and be used unconditionally? May existence sense of practical person be considered by practical philosophy? We will deconstruct the basis of the traditional metaphysics for a kind of new practical philosophy, namely practical philosophy of the other, as result of deconstruction, the theory's foundation of practical philosophy of the other will be established, which is not to give up moral truth , but is to give a privilege for juice and the other. Without respect ion for the other and the juice of no deconstruction in the existence theory sense, the lying will not be controlled. There is only a demand of other's juice, we can have a rule that evaluate and limit the lying, and the lying is not an alibi. Considering of the lying difficulty in moral rule, we must observe infinite juice in practical philosophy of the other. just for achieving absolutely juice of the other and canceling absolutely hostile relations, We inhibit generally deceit in moral sense. As kant's thought indicates that although it is difficulty to achieve moral ideal, but we can not bear the rule losing.
