Shahai in 1930s written by the morden writer Mu Shiying was a special work inthe history of morden literature. Mushi Ying described a city of reality and imagecoexisting for the reader,using his own fashion. In the first,he observed the city.Secondly he read and analyzed the city. In some degree, he used the whoopla ideafounded by M.Bakhtin, which made all the factors in his whole work display whooplaappearance. But in his thought,there was no positive spirt which appeared in carnival.Therefore, his reading and analysis about the city was not comprehensive. This was hislimitationgs. Though, Mushi Ying fulfilled his image like fairy tales about city, byvisualizeing the city and the village again.
