Wang Shu( 1668 - 1743) is a famous Tiexue calligraphist of the period of Kang Xi, Yong Zheng of Qing Dynasty. He wrote many works about JinShi textual research and TieXue theory, especially for the later. It is valueablefor us to make research for him, who is in the times of the changing point from TieXue to BbiXue .From the research ,we can see the beginning of the calligraphical tide and the calligraphists attitudes to this changing in that times .Aesthetic thought is the most important and valueable part of Wangshu's calligraphical theories. He summed up the headstream of calligraphical history and the vicissitude of calligraphical style based on his Aesthetic thought .Although his TieXue theories which is in the form of subject matter are dishevelled, we can find that his theories are all-around, integrity and strictness. There are many original and profundity thoughts about a series of problems, such as ShouZheng and Bii.etc in his theories.Wangshu copied hoary calligraphical works all his life. At the same time, he worte many subject matter, wich contents his own experience .these experience especially for the understandings of ShenSi and the methods of getting ShenSi are valuable for us.
