In 20th century's modern literary worlds, Kafka (Franz Kafka, 1883~1924)is one of the most outstanding writers without doubt. "he and our time's relationship, most similar as that of Dante, Shakespeare, and Goethe ". This is W. H. Auden, American poets and playwright's praise to Kafka . At the same generation, the famous German writer, Thomas Mann, also commended Kafka's works is "a literary style form that carefully design, full of curiously meticulous, objective, clearly, appropriate" and point out that Kafka is"an accurate writing conservatism."However, to most general readers, Kafka's works often represents the modernist's sparsely, lonely, despairs and hopeless. People wanted to seek way out in difficult position continually, only to find the life weird and absurd. Therefore, Kafka was went by the name of Existentialism pioneer, a nihilist, an agnostic, even an atheist. People generally find the embarrassment and absurdity of their survival status through these works, which display lonely, dreadful, perplexed and despair. Kafka's explanation also rose in swarms, which leaded to a long lasting time "the Popular of Kafka ". This article embarks from Kafka's novel Trial, try to understand the Kafka's inner world which full of sin and the sense of sin.Foreword: The definition of sin , the sense of sin, and its influence to the humanity.
