On Lawrence's "gender Harmony"

David Herbert Lawrence is the most important novelist in England. He has explored the subject on the harm to humanity which came from modern civilization, especially some distorted and hided minds in sexual relationship in his whole life. It originates from depressed self-consciousness in the modern society. And it also contributes to the abnormal hate to sex as well as the unharmonious and debilitated sexual relationship. Under this situation, Lawrence proposed a new concept of harmonious sexual relationship in order to recover the well-integrated and independent humanity and become his ideal"aristocrat". The thesis try to reveal the self-consciousness that deeply depressed in figures'heart by the analysis of his several important novels. It develops from the experience of conscientiously depressed, gradually revived, and bravely envisaged. On the basis of above discussed, it'll further elaborate the connotation,nature and the lost of Lawrence's harmonious sexual relationship.
