During the late Ming Dynasty, Zeng Yi compiled Wen Tingyun's poems and annotated it. At last he named the book as Ba Yi Ji. But there were many mistakes in that book, so Gu Yuxian revised and gave some supplements to it. After he died, his son Gu Sili compiled more Wen Tingyun's poems and annotated them, then denominated the book as Wen Feiqing Shi Ji Jian Zhu. That was the popular annotated edition. As the research about this subject is very rare in the late period, the paper is mainly about the three annotator' s all life and the characters and differences of their annotations. The first part is the textual research about all the three people' s life. There' s little particular recordation about Zeng Yi in the history. So, the penman studied the local history, other people' s articles and Zeng Yi' s Di Chang Ji to educe the born and died period and all of Zeng Yi' s life which nobody had treated of. The second part of the paper is the analysis on the three people' s annotations. Last, according to the different words of Wen Tingyun' s poems between Ba Yi Ji and Wen Fei Qing Shi Ji Jian Zhu, as well as other editions of Wen Ting Yun Shi Ji, the penman find that Zeng Yi and Gu Sili had used different editions of Wen Ting Yun Shi Ji.
