As the representation of human's material creation and spiritual thinking, a city's existence and construction should symbolize the order of human cultural spread. This order should follow the culture spread principle that "revering the nature, executing the moral, pursuing the spiritual refinement and the utter harmony." This is the requirement for human to adapt to the future.
