Study Of Korean Spread Modes Under The Overseas Chinese Spread View

To know the language spread policies and modes of other countries will help us stipulate and implement the overseas Chinese spread policies better. At the initial and developing stages of China's overseas Chinese spread, we should study the achievements of other countries'overseas language spread, draw the experiences, and learn from their strong points to offset our weaknesses, so as to serve the overseas Chinese spread.Although the period of overseas Korean spread is not long, it has made many achievements for us to learn and use for reference. However, domestic academic study of overseas Korean spread is not that much. This paper is to make up the deficiencies of this, and provide references for overseas Chinese spread.Before studying the modes of overseas Korean spread, we are first to introduce the language spread policies and modes of main countries in the world, which will broaden our vision and help us to have scientific conclusion. It will provide a better research basis for the subject and make the study of this subject wider and deeper.The main points of this paper are the collection and sorting of the relevant information of Korean spread mode, as well as the comparison and analysis of sameness and differences of overseas Chinese and Korean spreads. We've collected the official first hand information and relevant literatures, sorted the complicated contents, and given a systematic introduction of Korean spread modes from different perspectives. The data collected is the latest until 2010. The first hand information is rare and has a significant value for reference.In the contrast with China's overseas Chinese spread mode, we've found there're many differences between the spreads of languages in Korea and China, which are both worth thinking.This paper studies the overseas Korean spread from various views as follows: the overseas Korean spread's history background, starting and development, definition and objectives and organizations; overseas Korean spread organizations; executive body of overseas Korean education; Korean Language Proficiency Test; Evaluation Test and qualification examination for Korean education; Laws and specifications of overseas Korean spread. It is to sort the course of overseas Korean spread, grasp the policy basis of overseas Korean spread, investigate the implementation results of overseas Korean spread, summarize the achievements and deficiencies, and finally study how to use "overseas Korean spread" to solve the "overseas Chinese spread" problems.Chapter 1 is the introduction part, which describes the causes of this paper, research status, research methods, and the research main points and innovations. Chapter 2 introduces the background information of overseas Korean spread. Chapter 3 specifies the overseas Korean spread modes in details from five aspects:overseas Korean spread organizations; executive body of overseas Korean education; Korean Language Proficiency Test; Evaluation Test and qualification examination for Korean education; Laws and specifications of overseas Korean spread.Chapter 4 briefly introduces China's overseas Chinese spread.Chapter 5 compares overseas languages spread modes in China and Korea, and summarizes the differences between them.Chapter 6 analyses the operation results of executive bodies of overseas Chinese and Korea education, on the basic of Sejonghakdang of Shandong University at Weihai and Confucius Institute of Daejin Universityin Korea.Chapter 7 is the reflection of overseas Chinese spread in the light of the research above.
