Manuel De Falla(1876-1946) is the founder of the spanish national music school. His works titled Seven pieces of Spanish Folk Songs is among the representative productions of Spanish national music school. This works if full of the Spanish local flavors. At home, the teaching and learning activities are mostly centered on the Art Songs by composers from Italian and German, while the students seldom touch these kinds of Art Songs in the recent years recital and teaching activities, not to mention the related research in terms of this fields. Rather, all the research about Manuel De Falla is confined to his instrumental works and Spanish folk music elements used in his works. So, the penman make an attempt to offer some instructions conducive to the educator's teaching work and singer's performances by means of my explorations into this filed, whereby both the teachers and students can get insider the composing background and its singing style on the part of Seven pieces of Spanish Folk Songs.
