| The thesis studies the code-switching both in the daily campus communication and in the classroom teaching Chinese as foreign language at its primary stage. It applies the theoretic achievements of social linguistics, analyzes the reasons why campus code-switching happens so frequently, explores the interactive effects between code-switching and the elements of semantic expression, psychology of communicators, context and so on, illustrates the role that code-switching plays in the classroom teaching Chinese as foreign language at its primary stage, and summarizes the problems that should be paid attention to in code-switching. The thesis attempts to explain the rationality of code-switching in the daily campus communication and reveals its restrictive elements and its context dependence. |
