Human society's development is take human own multiplication as the premise, As human society entered the civilized times, the humanity continues the form which can realize, that is the marriage. The period of Spring-Autumn and Warring States(B.C.770------ B.C. 221), is an important transition time in our country history, In thistime the slavery society begin declined, the feudal society gradually formed, the time was called big transforms in the history. Under the influence, the period of Spring -Autumn and Warring States marriage, becomed an important stage in our country marriage history . With the influence of the economic development and the political changes, it was changing accordingly. It was reflected in the following three stages: the first period of the Spring -Autumn , the period joining the Spring - Autumn and Warring States, and the period of Warring States . The marital changes mainly lie in that the concubine marriage of the first period of the Spring-Autumn was transferred into more widespread multi-wives marriage of the Warring States ,after experiencing the monogamy individual marriage of the period joining Spring- Autumn Warring States. Following the"same surname marry"of the period Spring-Autumn and Warring States, the"same surname no marry"of the period of Spring and -Autumn time was transforming into political marriage gradually. The marriage in the first stage of the Spring-Autumn was conservative,had many multi-taboos, but the marriage becomes relatively bold and open in the period joining Spring-Autumn and Warring States. In the Warring States time, marriage had been integrated into the way of standardization and legalization management. After these changes, the marriage system formed in the late Warring States , became the marriage embryonic form of China feudal society, producing a profound influence on the later generation' marriage system development in our country. This paper is to research the marriage in the period of Spring-Autumn and Warring States using both the concrete analysis and the multi-positions regarding it as a part of the society. And it tries to find the reason for the marriage developing and changing ,from various ways such as economy, politics and so on.
