This article is to state delicately and comprehensively on the formation background, connotation and modern enlightenment of Master Xun's ill-nature ideology in hopes of that to further use of the ill-nature hypothesis to solve some reality problems on system and legislative level and to provide more valuable reference thought for modern and legal construction in the society during our new period of building harmonious socialism society.This paper is to analysis and elaborates in the four parts here in after:Firstly, the social background of the generating of Master Xun's ill-natured ideology, analyze mainly on the social background and the impact of Pre-Qin scholar have on Master Xun's;Secondly, the connotation of Master Xun's ideology on human nature, analyze delicately on the characteristic and contents of Master Xun's ideology of human nature and other thought based on the foundation of ill-natured of human-beings so as to get further understand and study of his ideology of human nature;Thirdly, the theoretical basis and practice of country governing of Master Xun's human nature ideology .Based on the two parts aboved, this article is to elaborate the theoretical basis of Master Xun's human nature ideology and to state the detailed country governing thought based on the foundation of human nature ideology;Fourthly, the influence and modern enlightenment of Master Xun's human nature ideology impact on the further generation.
