The thesis takes Kim Kiduck's films as the starting points with the theories of film narrative and the literary of aesthetics, analyzes and points out the unique aesthetic styles of Kim's films systematically. Both from the themes and the images of his films, the thesis gives its topic which is"Aesthetics Noir", included two meanings: in the themes, it takes"special"style of narrative and"black"metaphor as the important part while always through"beautiful"style in the images. Behind brutal and abnormal actions of the people in Kim Kiduck's films, there is the cruel self-mutilation.
