Transfer is a capability which can make one accommodate the new environment and deal with new problems. For schools, it is impossible to impart all the knowledge to students, but they must teach students an ability to transfer which can help them to use all skills they learned flexibly to resolve problems. American psychologist M.L. Bilge said:"learning transfer is a pillar on which education must rely. If the knowledge the students learned in the school is no use for their further academic study or dealing with any situation efficiently, no matter now or future, they are wasting their much time."Learning is both a process of initiatively constructing knowledge and a socialized process, and also a reflective activity which happens in a certain circumstance. Although technique itself can not assure learning of taking place, it can promote the happen of learning activity through technique design. Therefore, technique demonstrates strong support value in learning transfer. It is not only an information tool, a cognitive tool, a situation tool and a tool for constructing knowledge, but also a cooperation tool, an exchange tool and a reflective tool. So the design and application of techniques play an important role in the comprehension, use and transfer of knowledge. The research on them can benefit the release of techniques'function, promote the flexibly application of knowledge and cultivate the students'abilities to deal with problems and accommodate circumstances.Based on the research achievements about learning transfer in cognitive psychology, the paper focuses on the learning process and discusses techniques'support function and support strategies in a technique design level. It mainly provides guidance for further learning supported by techniques in theory, and takes the concept learning transfer for example to research technique support system in learning such as concept assimilation, transfer and so on, which can offer reflective recognizing to the further study of the technique support concept. The paper mainly contains following six parts.Part1: the paper mainly discusses the research necessity of learning transfer supported by techniques, research thoughts and methods. It also analyzes the practical significance and value of the research for improving learning efficiency, advancing the ability to resolve problems and accommodate social environment.Part 2: the paper mainly summarizes and analyzes the research materials about learning transfer at home and abroad, and then it defines such concepts as transfer and learning transfer. Also the paper summarizes the basic theory about learning transfer and some conditions for promoting learning transfer efficiently. All above provide foundations for the further research of learning transfer supported by techniques.Part 3: focusing on"the nature of learning", the paper discusses the techniques'function in learning transfer through explaining technique value in learning. Based on the former, it puts forward the technique design strategies about learning transfer which contain following aspects: strategy of simulation and training, principle tips strategy, linking strategy, cooperation and participation strategy, sample analogy strategy, multiple characterization strategy, guide-reflection strategy and issue-modeling strategy. All the strategies above are the basic strategies of technique design and application in the process of concept learning and problem-solving learning.Part 4: taking concept learning transfer for example, the paper discusses the process of concept learning, the technique support categories of concept learning transfer and design of support circumstances, and takes all above as the research reflection of the former theory.Part5: the paper mainly discusses the case design of concept learning transfer and analyzes the function of technique support, thus realizing the technique'design process and application strategies in concept learning transfer from practical teaching aspect.In last part, the paper summarizes the research conclusion and main ideas, and points out the shortcomings and future improvement of the research.
