Transfer is a capability which can make one accommodate the new environment and deal with new problems. Therefore, technique demonstrates strong support value in learning transfer. So the design and application of techniques play an important role in the comprehension, use and transfer of knowledge. The research on them can benefit the release of techniques'function, promote the flexibly application of knowledge and cultivate the students'abilities to deal with problems and accommodate circumstances.Based on the research achievements about learning transfer in cognitive psychology, the paper focuses on the learning process and discusses techniques'support function and support strategies in a technique design level. It mainly provides guidance for further learning supported by techniques in theory, and takes the concept learning transfer for example to research technique support system in learning such as concept assimilation, transfer and so on, which can offer reflective recognizing to the further study of the technique support concept.
