The study of motor skill is an important subject of psychology of physical education, in which the main link is to study motor skill and the concept formation of action. When I study the action concept formation, I find the key point is the action concept structure. At present, the study of the action concept formation and the action concept structure just focus on the theory in the function and meaning but not the practical study in teaching and training practice. This essay is aimed at the above situation, begins from the two forms of expression of specific characteristics of action conception, bases on dialectical materialism epistemology in philosophy, lays the theory foundation of cognitive psychology and the two theories of structure token --feature list theory and prototype theory, combines " presentation code" and "semantic code" in memory theory, with the help of the theory model in action conception nesting token , taking Shadowboxing as my experiment action and making the senior students in Grade Two in Qaqing Shiyan be my object of study, I designed an experimental research scheme . In the experiment, there are three experimental groups and one control groups in the testers. By studying how the testers knows the subject action, object action ,action conception , motor skill and how to keep the motor skill I took down the results of the tests, then analyzed the statistics of the results in order to check the function of concept of action nesting token represent in the study of motor skill . I analyze the study results of the subject action conception and the object action conception between the experimental group and control group, proving the different acquirement ways and that the study of the object action conception is helpful to the study of the subject action conception, but the function of the opposite is not obvious. This experiment can illustrate that the difference is very obvious when competed the study of those who lack the concept of subject action or object action can form motor skill with the study of those who have a whole action concept. Through analyzing the study results of the experimental group and control group, I also proved that the role which the concept of action nesting token plays in the formation of motor skill is active and effective and tested the scientificity and feasibility of the concept of action nesting token mechanism. I can also prove the concept of action nesting token mechanism plays a very important part in the motor skill learning by contrasting results of the first period and the second period in the whole study between the experimental group and the control group. When I analyzed the holding results of motor skill between the experimental group and the control group after they studied one week, I found there is a big difference between the nesting learners and other learners, this further proving that in the motor skill learning, the concept of action nesting token mechanism plays a significant part. This study is mainly based on experimental method ,testing the function of concept of action nesting token represent in the motor skill learning, proving the scientificity, feasibility and effectiveness . Physical education will surely benefit from my results.
