The university psychologically healthy service personnels are mainly provide the psychology advisory service and the psychological counselling service specialists for the College teachers and students. However, because the psychologically healthy services appear in our country the time is not long, but also belongs to the newly emerging things, the specialized degree is quite low. The university psychologically healthy service personnels level is irregular, and majority is the personnels for part-time duty. As a result of his work's special mission and the job category, as well as the intense sense of responsibility, will experience the very tremendous stress frequently in the long-term interpersonal interaction.
