In 1972, Selinker promoted the concept of the interlanguage.Since that ,the research on the interlanguage has become the hot point of language research.The interlanguage is the language system between the native and object language. The forming of the interlanguage can not leave the transfering of the native language,the native language system has already formed at the very beginning of the foreign language learning. While the system must have the effect on the foreign language learning . In the process of the Russian learning, just because Chinese learners are not very familiar with the vocabulary, grammar, culture, and meanwhile ,the Chinese system has always effect on the Russian learning, so it has many language negative transfer situations, it is the difficulty. The text analysis and study the negative transfer situations between the Chinese and Russian learning from three levels including vocabulary, grammar, culture, so it could guide the Russian teaching.The text is composed of abstract, introduction, three chapter, and conclusion. The introduction part tracing the development of the interlanguage research. Analysis the importance and superiority of the interlanguage.The first chapter is theoretical basis. It expatiates interlanguage theories and language transfer ,it is also including the concept, character, resources of the interlanguage and the concept of the language transfer, psychology thesis and language transfer, main form of the language transfer.The second chapter is the key part of the text. This part analysis and research the negative transfer between the Chinese and Russian from several levels including vocabulary, grammar, culture.The third chapter promote the teaching policy so as to minimize the mistake of negative transfer.The last part makes a conclusion of the whole text.All through the text, the conclusion , opinions, materials from the text could be used in the teaching practice, we do not only know the negative transfer between the Chinese and Russian, but also use the teaching policy positively, it is also get rid of the difficulty of the negative transfer in Russian learning.
