Parmenides's being and Plato's idea are two important stages of the Greek ontology philosophy development, and they are also the essential link in the process of self-awareness of the objective thinking. They make important implications to the development of Greek classical Ontology philosophy. Both "being" and "idea" are a super-sentimental subject, which determines the two will have inevitably some kind of identity. However, due to self-awareness of objective thinking of Parmenides'being and Plato's idea philosophy are in the different development stages, so the two thinking have essential differences. As Hegel's notions of philosophy history are unmatched, excellent and profound, so this paper will compare and study Parmenides'being and Plato's idea philosophy based on Hegel's notions of philosophy history.
