Journey—on The Dialectics Of Plato's Parmenides

If every dialogue of Plato is a mystery,then it can be said that "Parmenides" is a mystery in the mystery. And this dialogue in Plato's many dialogues occupy a special position, not only because of which is full of a lot of hard argument, but also for there are a lot of different opinions on it's very intention. Therefore, the study of it not only gives us a better understanding of Plato, but also can see how Plato's own understanding of his predecessors,and even through such a contrast, open the nature of philosophy and its own transformation of the possibility of Inquire about the road.This paper focuses on the study and interpretation of the dialectics in the dialogue of Plato's Parmenides, and on the dialogue between it and the theory of ideas. On the one hand, it tries to reveal how dialectics is The way it begins,where it leads,and how it continues as a way; on the other hand, by demonstrating the advantages and disadvantages of Socrates'philosophy and Parmenides' dialectics and their sameness and differences. Also try to get the possibility of integrating the two at a higher level.In this paper, by combing and interpreting the original text, in three parts. First, to show the basic content and its advantages and shortcomings of Socrates' theory of ideas. Secondly,the static and dynamic of Parmenid's dialectics are captured in all directions. And finally to show Plato's understanding of the theory of ideas and dialectics, how to use them and his promotion of them two.The conclusion of this paper: dialectics is the way of philosophy and its method, we love and the pursuit of truth, always walk in the way to the truth. It can give us to enhance, but also allow us to keep the possibility of return to the starting point.
