The Study, Based On Russian Orthodox Civilization Management Characteristics

Russia is considered as a big country which takes an important role in the stage of international politics. Recently, there is a rapid rise in economy of Russia , especially from 2000, the rate of increase in GDP is 9% which is a sharp grow. At the same time, the intercourse in economy and trade between Russia and china is more and more frequency, and there are so much joint ventures. At this background, this article focuses on deep research of character of Russian Management, which has strong significance both on theory and reality. On the other hand, Russia is located in the middle of Europe and Asia, it not only belongs to Europe, but also to Asia. It is the distinctive geographical position to create a unique culture that is a dual-culture affected by oriental and western culture.
