This thesis of article is based on Scheler's valued emotional ethics to reveal the meaning of "sincerity".The "formal conscience" in Kant's ethics i.e. "sincerity" undertakes spirit questing and introspection function. The division of the "as noumenon's human "(homo nonmenon) and "as phenomenon's human"(homo phaenonmenon) regards spirit factors in "honesty" as in the restriction of reason. The uninvestigating of "conscience" in kant's ethics restricts the fully revealing of the meaning of "sincerity" for human.Standing on the subjective principle can not fully reveals the meaning of "sincerity". Perter burger ,in < retreat of subject >, had described the heartquake history of subject. Lionel Trilling,in,standing on the view of literature criticism, had discussed the history of that how the meaning of "sincerity" was tampered by the strong modern real consciousness. Fruid, standing on the dimension of self-deconstruction, had made a dissolving analysis to "sincerity". Thomas Carlyle,in , had took "sincerity" to the height of sacred faith. And that give the analysis this article a new thinking dimension. In order to fully reveal the meaning of "sincerity",it is necessary for this article to based on Scheele's valued emotional phenomenology."Sincerity" belongs to ethical category. Scheler calls kant's ethics as "formalism ethics", and calls his own ethics as "material ethics"(i.e. essential ethics). In his review, value is a fact field. Value's subjectivity roots in the intuition of every individual experience. He refuted the "universal inevitability " in kant's ethics, but it is nonnegligible is that the function of "fixed words commands" in kant's ethics, still has a advantage that in scheler's nonrestrictive ethics. Standing on fundamental ontology position, Heidegger opposed established ethics before the appearance of "being". Scheele's "spouts" and Heidegger's "obstructor" forms a distinctive comparison. To this article, Heidegger's existentialism has just unclosed necessary atmosphere the moral behavior of the "sincerity"."Sincerity" i.e. "loyal to oneself", firstly it is "intentional emotion " (intentionales fuhlen) of the world "loyalty", no longer adhere to the judging object of the general epistemology. It is only "loyal" to the or dense or light "been giving". "loyal to oneself means the individual's grasping to the essence of "self" (was-sein, essence, nor individual, either general), and this "essence" is "been giving of experiencing himself in the world".This article distinguishes the three connotation of "sincerity". The first one is no deception. It contains the worlds and deeds deception. Through borrowing the theory of symbolism from Paul Ricoeur,this article describes the second connotation of "sincerity". According with the second connotation of "sincerity", symbolism ego posses inherent function of symbolism, and that justly in the symbolic connotation of the sincerity experiencing, the "symbolic ego" posses his "ideal" dimension by the way of "appealing". The third connotation is founded by the "understanding" between "others" and "me", the experiencer's maintenance to himself deeps the spiritual view of "sincerity" in the relationship among people. Scheler's "ya person" image is the imagery unfolds to the third connotation."Sincerity" is closely connecting to humanistic mastership's belief.
