Liheci is one of the most distinctive linguistic phenomena in modern Chinese. It can be used as a whole or with other elements in the middle of it. Thus it is difficult to say it goes under word or phrase. Liheci can be collocated with many kinds of word or phrase and the collocation with quantitative phrase is one of the most common occurrences. The researches in the past rarely dealt with the collocation between liheci and a specific kind of word. However, teaching Chinese as a foreign language and the compilation of dictionary for foreign students requires the study of this aspect. Therefore, we explore the collocation between liheci and quantitative phrase on the base of former researches. We've raised our own opinion through detailed description of 331 lihecis.The dissertation consists of four parts: The Introduction Part is a description of liheci and quantitative phrase as well as a review of researches in the past, including conception of liheci, the category it goes under, the types of it as well as quantitative phrase. Chapter 1 is an exploration of the method to select liheci of VO structure from HSK syllabus. We improve the method that people used before and select 331 lihecis in our way. Chapter 2 is a discussion on the collocation of VO-liheci and quantitative phrase. Different structures are analyzed from the angle of types of quantitative phrase and the position it locates in liheci. Chapter 3 further investigates the influence of the auxiliary word "le" to the combination of VO-liheci and quantitative phrase. We analyse three common structures according to the function and position of "le". We point out the influence of different types of "V+N" to sentence structure, on the base of which the transitional quality of liheci is examined. We find that from different angles, liheci shows different transitional qualities. Chapter 4 is a conclusion with deeper thinking of the whole dissertation.
