In 1980's, Fang Fang began to be active in contemporary literature circle. So far, she has published 45 novelettes, 4 novels in journals and published 43 collections of short stories and essays(before this paper is finished). Fang Fang becomes famous for landscape, This novel displays the embarrassment of "Qige"'s family in "Henan shed" medium and expresses her concern for the human. In her novels, women and intellectuals of fiction themes occupy a large proportion . the intellectuals which she described have a family pedigree: grandparents, parents, my generation . Although the background and life experiences are different, they have a similar spirit. Fang Fang described a variety of female, they have one thing in common: a strong survive, rebelling in despair. In a sense, Fang Fang's Writing is a self-experience and self-expression. Her creativity has her own signs, with which her own history is closely related. As a intellectual female, Fang Fang has the dual identities (intellectuals and women) and has profound experience and rational thinking. According to her work , we can read that Fang Fang'thinking is anxious for situation of intellectual and female. This article studys the theme of intellectuals and female in Fang Fang'novels, and identity as an entry point to study Fangfang'message of the dual identity in the text what Fang Fang considered as intellectual and female. This paper studies the novels about women and intellectuals. Author introduces reading text and feminist to analyze discourse of identity and expression of anxiety.This article is divided into introduction, four chapters and conclusion. At the introduction, I summarize research status of literary critics about her and introduce the definition of anxiety to lay the foundation for the body. Chapter one studies the history identity'formation, defines the concept of both identity and intellectual used in this paper. The second chapter studies the message about the situation of women in Fang Fang'text such as My Start Is My End,Running Fire,Trees AreTrees in Autumn, Imply, Go Out to Commit Suicide etc. These novels express survival anxiety, birth anxiety, chastity anxiety, attribution anxiety and value anxiety of women in modern society. The third chapter studies expression of intellectuals'anxiety in the text, such as Mud Lake Chronicle Ukraine, Her Grandfather at The Hearts of Her Father, Xing Yun Liu Shui, Jin Zhong and Three White series and other works.and reveal intellectuals's confusion, doubts. Chapter four explores the type of anxiety: depression type, setbacks and dashed-based to analyse its common sense in modern. Conclusion part of the study sums up the results of this paper to demonstrate the meaning of Fang Fang'discourse of anxiety over women and intellectuals, and generalize the meaning of Fang Fang'expression in literary history.
