Western Fortunate Outcome Of The Ballet And Its Generated Path

As the title shows, the focus of the dissertation is on the happy ending of Western ballet. As the concept of happy ending has not been introduced into the context of ballet, the author firstly argues the applicability of this concept, and then demonstrates the three types of happy endings with a large amount of persuasive statistics by analyzing and classifying, in the attempt to figure out the realization of happy endings for Western ballet in typical patterns with the introduction of the technique of dramatic situation. It's expected that all of these fundamental researches could produce positive effects on the teaching of ballet playwriting.The text of the dissertation consists of four chapters besides the preface, which mainly explains the title. Chapter I focus on the happy ending of ballet, Chapter II compares the happy ending between Western ballet and the ancient Chinese opera, while Chapter III discusses the procedure of its production and in Chapter IV, a comparison is carried out on the difference on teaching for scriptwriting between ballet and drama.
