Kant's thought had been gradually changing from his pre-critical period to critical period, which led to critical epistemology and methodology at last. In this paper, I will engage in the process and its details, focusing on the key point of Kant's epistemology, the transcendental logic, and discussing the architectonic of epistemology in its dimension of philosophy of science. With the analysis, I shall prove how the key problem is divided into some parts and solved one by one, and explain what is the meaning of this solution to comteporary sciences. The structure of this paper is as follows: firstly, I will show the way from Kant's early thought towards critical philosophy; secondly, the plan and destination of his transcendental philosophy will be examined; thirdly, I shall prove the status and use of aesthetics in transcendental philosophy and philosophy of science; and finally, the analysis of the core of Kant's Wissenschaftslehre, the transcendental analysis, in detail.
