Marxist philosophy has well-known influence on China's modern social development and transformation. In the process of Chinese people accepting Marxist philosophy as "wisdom" in the highest sense, some Marxist philosophers have made outstanding contributions. With their learning, assimilation, absorb and transformation of Marxist philosophy, they changed Marxist philosophy, the basic viewpoint of philosophy and methods with deep, abstract and speculative characteristics as German people in the form beloved by Chinese people and introduced it to China, successfully liberating the minds of Chinese people. It quickly outstood many schools of thought in the 30s of last century and gradually transformed into a strong spiritual force of Chinese society, and it is still an unshakable guiding ideology now.In the history thought transformation, Ai Siqi made a significant contribution in promulgation and development of Marxist philosophy in China. Studying Ai Siqi's philosophy has great significance in summing up historical experience promulgation and development of Marxist philosophy in China, and further adhering to and promoting Marxist philosophy in the new situation socialist modernization at present.There is no doubt that Ai Siqi's philosophical path is successful with unique and full characteristics. This means that the process Ai Siqi actualizing Marxism philosophy in China was a process sinicizing, nationalizing and popularizing Marxist philosophy.Basing on researches of predecessors on sinicization and popularization of Marxist philosophy, the author notices that the characteristics of nationalization of Marxist philosophy in Ai Siqi Philosophy, and further re-sorts and summarizes ideas and contributions of Ai Siqi on sinicization, nationalization and popularization of Marxist philosophy, concludes that sinicizaion, nationalization and popularization together constitute three-dimensional orientation of development of Marxist philosophy in China, and they give clear indication on common coordinate and direction for development of Marxist philosophy in China, clueing on which to explore valuable experience of Marxist philosophy promulgation, development and gradually becoming guiding ideology in China, in hope of providing a new growth point for the study of Marxist philosophy and further promoting construction of Marxist philosophy in current China.
