The incredible concerto , "The horn Concerto no .2 in E flat Major ", composed by Richard Strauss in his late-years, is a representative work and the summit of the horn literature. It is also the curiosity in music thesauruses of French Horn, which has the importance for researching. This paper, which starts with the social background, condition of the thought, and the characteristic of music creation, which the composer lives in, deducts and analyses the first movement of the work. At first, the paper makes research on the language of music in the work, principally, analyses several motifs, and definitive's each one's Character traits and status in the composing of the whole music. Then elaborate author's comprehension on the first movement's performance and management of the music by the analytical understanding of the expression terms in music and the analysis of some sound recordings made by several French horn players of latter-day, which try to do the best to accord with the players. Finally, organize the key and nodus of play skill, and propose the solution.
