Video Art came in vogue in middle 60s in the 20^th century. It came into existence based on the invention of television, video and camera. As a new media art, along with the development of the technology and concept, video art became a comprehensive art for multiple camera processing, installation art and visual image relied on television, recording image and video.Nam June Paik was a prominent artist of Fluxus Art and Performance Art. And he was the father of Video Art. He was chosen as the most talented Experimental Artist with his achievements in video art. He was also the most innovative among the Post Modernism Artists since 1960s. Nam June Paik was the pioneer in making arts out of television sets. He also used TV, Satellite and laser in his creation. His works integrated art, media and techniques which brought a lot of influence to modern art, video and television; they also promoted the vigorous development of the New Media Art. The Video Art had a profound influence and important research value.
