"dictionary" Contains Ancient Chinese Wine Culture

China is a long history of ancient civilization, it has a brilliant ancient traditional culture. Make wine,drinking wine,use wine, and the resulting or arising from the behavior and attitudes,both are culture,we called Wine culture. In the world ,Chinese wine culture is rich, deep, and unique.Chinese wine culture has a variety of forms: ontology wine culture, culture of wine etiquette, wine artifacts culture. This paper is to discuss the three wine cultural connotation of the book Shuowenjiezi contains.We select wine culture-related word 150 from the book, involving 31 radicals. Of the 150 word, we divided into 10 categories to inspection on the significance connotation. That is: the origin of wine, the materials of wine production, wine production process, the names of various wine, the color and the flavor of wine, the drinking modal, the function of wine, the seasoning related to wine, wine etiquette,wine artifacts. Which belongs to the former eight categories is the ontology wine culture, after the latter two belong to the content culture of wine etiquette, and wine artifacts' culture. The purpose of the paper's research is: on the basis of their predecessors,with archaeological discoveries materials and literature,analysis depth and systematically for the significance, physical and cultural implication of each word in each category. So to show the word's significance of ownership and penetration cultural factors.
