In this paper, language testing and survey methods to the level of Chinese students at the intermediate stage as an object of Thailand, learn from cognitive psychology that the cause is due to Chinese dyslexic impairment of cognitive skills learners based on the theory. Based on the speech, morphological, orthographic, rapid naming of four lower level of cognitive processing ability and reading cognitive strategies to this high level of cognitive ability tests and surveys to study tested whether the Thai students because of their cognitive level affect the development of their reading ability; test which of the projects selected are caused by the Thai foreign students reading the main obstacles. And the test results, teaching suggestions are given. The full text chapters. The first chapter is the theoretical background of this research and the overall concept, including the current Thai students learning Chinese for the country study situation, read the theory of condition, based on experimental design and selection of pilot projects. Chapter to the effect that from the current Thai students learning Chinese for the papers and little research on the CNKI Thai foreign students can search and read the papers about a total of five. And mainly for Chinese word order, grammar, etc. Errors of the surface, the method used to contrast the main status in Thailand, discusses this from a cognitive point of view for a study of Chinese dyslexia, and the existing research has the big difference. Based on past worthies from the perspective of cognitive research on reading disabilities based on the theory put forward the theoretical assumptions:voice, morphemes, orthography, rapid naming contributed to Thailand's foreign students an important reason why dyslexia and orthography, rapid naming both there is a link between. In addition to word decoding and extracting information characterized by significant flaws in lower levels of processing, by measuring the Thai students in reading high-level cognitive factors of cognitive strategies on the more dramatic defects. The second chapter is empirical study, using two experimental forms, that language tests and questionnaires. In order to discuss more clearly the process of expounding the experiment when the experiment was divided into lower levels of cognitive processing capabilities (voice, morphemes, orthography, reading strategies) of the test study, Chinese text reading in the use of cognitive strategies, students cognitive strategies to elaborate three-part questionnaire. Because the academic world is no unified language test paper, paper used in this test are made part of some master's thesis from Wang Yan Bi, selected from the southwest part of the University of Reading foreign language teachers in teacher preparation Xu Ping's final exam. The third chapter teaching suggestions. The results of this study show consistency with the expectations hypothesis, according to research findings, this chapter from the "teaching" point of view, the theory of learning in the teachers themselves, the choice of teaching content, teaching approaches and teaching methods are given some suggestions. At the end, it sums up the shortcomings of this study.
