Value is an important issue in contemporary philosophy, Chinese and foreign scholars have proposed a variety of different theories on value's nature, value evaluation, value's features, and other aspects. the domestic Marxist philosophers have created a system of value,but the dispute on the nature of the value did not stopped, in a variety of increasingly rigid academic debate, the value of philosophy in deep trouble with no progress. This paper tries to reconstruct the main problems of value from human consciousness and human subjectivity. Marxist philosophy of history treat the relationship between value and practice from social existence and social consciousness, it consider that social consciousness arise in the social existence, but consciousness has its independence, This thesis provides us with a source of subjective value and the control mechanism. Through analysis of consciousness and human subjectivity in social status and function in practice to reveal the value of the real purport of the question. Bypassing various rigid and colleges' controversial style, with Marx's theory to illustrate the essence of the value problem, pointed out that the value actually reflects the subjectivity of human society and people's awareness.The first chapter makes a brief introduction about the origin of value philosophy and philosophy of Western values and their major perspectives, point that the value of philosophy is a philosophy of change and self-help, the flaw of the Western values is its basis of idealism.The second chapter describes the status of the domestic value of philosophy research and evaluation of the merits, the plight of the value of philosophy and the reasons for this predicament produced. Domestic value of philosophy in general look at the value in subject-object dichotomy of epistemological model, connect needs of people and the value,which is believed a category abort relation, it's a misunderstanding of real purport of the value.The third chapter discusses the problem of human subjectivity, that purport the core of the value problem is reflected in the human subjectivity of practice, gave a bit rough introduction of the history of subjectivity of human, and on this basis, highlighting the development and scientification of human subjectivity that made by Marxist philosophy, and finally try to explore the origin of subjectivity of human.The fourth chapter is the main body of text, mainly discusses the new definition of value's essence. I believe that the value is the subjectivity of human in practice activities; it is the characteristics of human activity, rather than any objective entity or relationship areas. In the end explain the relationship between consciousness of value and social existence.
