The studying of the history of Chinese education by using Psycho-History has displayed its value for the first time at the end of twenty century. Because of its late appearance, in the previous studies, there were also some problems such as indistinct concept, ambiguous category, unsuitable means and so on. The paper attempts from the angle of social psychology to use a study paradigm based on social psychology's concept and category to analyze and discuss of three educators, namely Kang You-wei, Liang Qi-chao and Yan Fu, social psychology and behavioral patterns. Meanwhile, the paper hopes to provide some new reference and inspiration to contemporary Chinese education and educators.In view of the interpretation of the relative theory and train of thought to the study, the paper discussed in detail of the different self-consciousness and social roles of Kang You-wei, Liang Qi-chao and Yan Fu at different history time, and its effect on behavioral motive and directions. The paper analyzed the social psychology basis of three educators going to the road of "save the nation through education", their educational thinking and social psychology motive to take part in educational practice, ect. Through concrete analysis, the results showed:Firstly, from the academic structure, they laid solid foundation of Chinese ancient civilization, they all initiated Western learning. But they had different knowledge of Western learning. Secondly, from the ideological line, they all experienced the transition from reform to regression. But their concrete ideological line was different. Thirdly, from the educational thinking, because of the differences between their self-consciousness, they had their own unique educational proposals and concrete behavioral directions. In addition, the paper discussed some questions such as the social historical background that three educators were in, the uniqueness of Chinese modern intellectual, and the edification by the three educators to educators now and so on by analyzing the uniqueness of the three educators.
