From the general point of view of the Performance Studies, the hosting is also a kind of performance behavior. To achieve this aim, in the early stage of the performance training of the hosts, Stanislavsky's system could be introduced into the training to help the hosts to develop their creating skills; in the middle stage, short pieces of theatre productions could be introduced, and these short productions should focus on the news and entertainment part in broadcasting and in the form these productions should stress on Brecht's narrating and estrangement; in the later stage, Augusto Boal's forum theatre could be introduced into the training to help the hosts to polish their mind-agility and flexibility in interaction in the hosting, to form a performance training system that fully reflected the characteristics of hosting.
