.12-18 Century The Spirit Of Alchemy

For the Alchemy, the developing process from 12th to 18th is a intergrated phase. This dissertation has discussed the ralationship of the alchemy with the Christian Theology, philosophy,science and superstitious belief during the 12th to 18th, and try ro find the most important value of the anchemy.This dissertation is divided to four chapters besides the preface and the conclusion. The praface has introduced the condition of the Overseas Summary and the Domestic Review about alchemy, and explained why I chosed this theme to study.The first chapter:'The alchemy and the Christian faith'. The alchemy is not religion, but it still has the same pursue as the Christian Faith, the alchemists are also chaseing for the immortal soul sublimation.The second chapter:'The alchemy and the philosophy'. There is a closely connection between the alchemy and philosophy, no matter the Hermetic philosophy or the natural philosophy,they all influenced the development of the alchemy and also be effected by the alchemy.The third chapter:'The alchemy and the sicience'.The science has becoming to a Single Subject in the period of Renaissance, and the alchemy has produced the Medical Science and chemistry. But they are different with each other, the alchemy is not predecessor of science,it's more complex than our imagination.The fourth chapter:'The alchemy and The superstitious belief'. Though the alchemy has a black eye for some cheaters, the pious alchemists are still working hard for pursuing the supreme wisdom. So tell the difference between them is important for us to understand the real alchemy of the Spirit.In a conclusion, the complicated relitionship between the Christian Theology, philosophy,science etc. and the alchemy in the period of 12th to 18th has proclaimed the special Value of the alchemy of the spirit. The alchemy of the spirit is the elite of the alchemy.
