The Metaphorical World Of Her Novels

This article aims Zhang Ai-Ling's novels, from the viewpoint of metaphor to interpret its works, through the metaphor of "converting the generated life forms" point of view to grasp the world of her novels , opening up its unique artistic value and human significance.This article divides into six chapters.The first chapter briefly combed the research status of Zhang Ai-Ling's novels, introduces the innovation of this paper. The second chapter concentrate on the concept and function of metaphor for defining and explaining. Chapter Three analyze and summarize the metaphor types in her novels from the two aspects of color metaphor and images of metaphor. Chapter Four summarizes the characteristics of metaphor through four aspects, such as the rich classical Chinese characteristics, distinct irony of human nature, exploring the profound meaning of women and the strong value of the male power rebels against. Chapter Five carding the functionality of metaphors from desolate beauty and life perception, self-exploration and the survival of women, enlightenment and the pursuit of human values, metaphors and metaphor of life, aspects rescue and transcendence of "people" in her novels. The sixth chapter is a conclusion, the summary of the entire study.Overall, the paper learned the metaphorical point of view to explain her novels, in the same time, restore the novels to the writer of her life experiences, specific social and cultural background for an overall inspection.It looks metaphor as the tools of thinking and exploring life ,attempting more comprehensive to study and summarize the metaphorical world and its opening value of Zhang Ai Ling's novels.
