Sarabande andâ…¢. Toccata, the representative work during the transformation of Debussy's music style, is regarded as a key product of Debussy's musical creation. However, There has been no solid research on performance for this product.Based on a solid study of "Pour le Piano" by Debussy, this thesis includes the four chapters, the first of which gives a brief overview of the creation of Debussy piano products and has a discussion of the background and the significance of this product when created. A structure analysis of the art characteristics of this product is carried out in Chapterâ…¡, from which a conclusion is made that his unique style and characteristics started out on the classical creation method and then gradually broke away from the pure imitation of his predecessors. Actually Piano playing is a creative interpretation of a piano work and the understanding of the work is a primary task for the player. A comprehensive research on performance interpretation is made in Chapterâ…¢and Chapterâ…£with the explanation of performance elements, practice methods and treatments. Some points are summed up and some new ideas are put forward on treatment and performance with the combination of previous studies in this line and the author's own learning experience.
