With the rapid development of Sino-Thai and Sino-Myanmar trade, the Chinese in economic exchanges are playing an increasingly important "bridge" role. Therefore, it is necessary to study the two Chinese societies. In addition, a comparative study of Chinese society in Thailand and Myanmar will help expand the horizon of Chinese study and learn more about overseas Chinese community. This article is divided into six parts on a comparative study of Chinese society in Thailand and Myanmar:Introduction:Synoptically introduce present research at home and abroad, define the scope of the study and determine the research methods.ChapterⅠ: Before World War II, the formation of the Chinese society in Thailand and Myanmar Analyze historical background of Chinese immigrants to Thailand and Myanmar, introduce the formation of the early Chinese community in Thailand and Myanmar.ChapterⅡ: After World War II, the comparison of Chinese politics in Thailand and MyanmarFirst, explain the acquisition of Chinese citizenship in Thailand and Myanmar; second, introduce the situation of Chinese assimilation and changes in political identity; finally, describe in detail the Chinese political activities.ChapterⅢ: After World War II, the comparison of Chinese economy in Thailand and MyanmarFirstly introduce the Chinese economic policy changes in Thailand and Myanmar, and then describe Chinese economic development, finally discuss Southeast Asian financial crisis and the Chinese economy.ChapterⅣ: After World War II, the comparison of Chinese culture in Thailand and MyanmarMainly through Chinese association,Chinese newspapers,Chinese education, comparatively study Chinese culture in Thailand and Myanmar. Conclusion:Make a final concluding statement after a comparative study of Chinese society in Thailand and Myanmar.Through this article, we can clearly find that, even if the two different countries where Chinese moved into have many similarities (such as the same religious beliefs, frequent military intervention), but there is still much gap about the Chinese situation in residence country. National history, politics, economy, culture, the Chinese policy and the interaction with China, the changes of international situation and the Chinese own factors have affected the development of Chinese society in Thailand and Myanmar. I think that economic factors and Chinese policy play a decisive role.
