As a result, the network politics participation had already become a kind of inevitable trends and effective ways to participate in and discuss government and political affairs.it broadens the channels of political participation of citizens, promotes the socialist democracy construction, and offers a brand new philosophy and behavior style for politics participation. Aim to the problem, by employing the public administration theory of governance and good governance and combining the people-oriented scientific concept of development and the creation of service-oriented Government advocated by our government, both the existing problems and the validity of network political participation are analyzed and the successful experience of the network political participation overseas is used as a reference, on the basis of which the standard to measure the validity of network political participation is proposed and a novel benign interaction relation between government and citizens is explored. On the other hand, we note that the validity of network political participation should be realized on every side by expediting the legislation and standardizing the order of networks, establishing the government management and feedback mechanism, leading the participation of citizens as well as improving the quality of citizens, and so on.
