Yunnan Research On Risk And Control Of Electronic Contracts And Documents In The Asean Countries Trade

Recent years, unique regional advantage and stable political environment provided more expansive market to Yunnan Province's enterprises when they applied electronic contracts and receipts to do trade with ASEAN. The both sides obtained the developing opportunities in the process of trading. However, the vast majority of Yunnan businesses were lack of risk consciousness during using electronic contracts and receipts. Moreover, there existed the different standards of electronic contract and electronic receipt among the Southeast Asian nations, which enabled the Yunnan companies to run the risk of applying them. Consequently, it is necessary that the enterprises should promote the capabilities controlled risks in the field of electronic contract and receipt.Firstly, the thesis has elaborated the risks of applying electronic contract and receipt from economic aspect and then analyzed the common features of the risks (included the characteristics, influences, the root of risks and the measures for dealing with the risks). Secondly, the article went step further on the base of former analysis and expounded the possibilities that Yunnan enterprises and ASEAN had to face the risks during the process of using electronic contract and receipt. Finally, based on the circumstance, the thesis tried to put forward the solutions to avoid the risks. Meanwhile, it continued to strive for effective explorations in the field of controlling risks when use electronic contract and electronic receipt.
