New Marxism Learning Party Building

In the time of knowledge economy, economic integration and information technology have developed rapidly, rapid pace of scientific and technological progress are accelerated step by step and the total knowledge are increasing day by day. Any organization or individual, if wants to success in competition, must keep on learning and exploring. At the late of last century, under the international background of the rising knowledge economy, western society creates a "learning organization" Research and Practice. Political parties as an important political organization in society, in the fierce competitive environment, will be subject to pressures and challenges from all sides. Any political party, if not keep up with the times, builds a learning party, inert, complacency, is bound to be eliminated.So far, Marxism has been born for more than 160 years. In these years, the quality of independent thinking, tenacity and spirit demonstrated by communists of each period and the importance of learning education in the party, learning content, learning methods, learning ways have a great theoretical and practical significance in building learning parties. Construction of the study-oriented Party is initiative of party construction and practice, it's the efficient path for the Marxist ruling party to maintain and develop the progressiveness of the Party. Since China's reform and opening up three decades, we significantly enhanced contacts with other countries over three decades, all the characteristics of the world's knowledge economy have affected China's economic development greatly. to keep up with the development of the world, learning parties must be built actively. In the Sixteenth Party Central Committee passed the "CPC Central Committee on Strengthening the Party's governance capability of the decision" to promote the "building learning party" as an important task for the ruling party, which for our party in the new period leading to better ensure the construction of modernization. Many of the views, habits and systems of our party in the revolutionary war and the formation of the planned economy period can not adapt to the development of new period, So, in order to let our party truly become a learning party, our party must establish a new learning concept, change the traditional ways of learning and develop realistic learning system.This article is divided into four parts, It has respectively studied the party's basic theory, the era meaning, the development status and the construction of policies of building Marxist learning party. At the beginning of the first part, The article has studied the learning theories of political parties, mainly on the Western learning organization's learning theory and Marxist learning parties' scientific connotation, described the general requirements and learning content of building learning parties so as to lay the theoretical foundation for the back discussion. The second part has discussed the necessity and the theoretical basis for the political parties. It has discussed the necessity of learning parties from four aspects, that is:history, reality, society, development process.From communists' history and literature of all periods, the article tries to find the theoretical basis of building a Marxist learning parties. focusing on the learning theories of Marx,Engels, Lenin, Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao and other representatives of the Communist Party, it attempts to find some experiences in serving today's practice. The third part has studied the construction status of Marxism learning parties in China today to find existing problems, From the system, learning atmosphere, methods, this article has analyzed the reasons leading to all kinds of problems in order to help to propose solutions. The most important is the fourth part which has put up with some strategies about how to further strengthen the construction of learning parties. Facing all kinds of problems existing in the process of building learning political parties today, the part has proposed many measures of construction from the ideas, institutional mechanisms, learning resources and construction of the Marxist style of study, so as to provide some intellectual support for strengthening the present construction of learning parties.
