This paper aims at analysis of the existing sports dispute settlement mechanism of the loopholes, in the light of several current international sports dispute resolution, proposal of building a diversified sports dispute resolution mechanism of some ideas to make our sport better with international standards to ensure that meet the international, global development needs.
