The theory about immunities of states and their property is seemed as an important principle in international law fields. It has remote historical origin and development process. It also has been changed according to the era. There are divergences from the theory was born until now and it becomes actively as a result of the approval of the Convention on Jurisdictional Immunities of States and Their Property. The scholars have reached unanimous opinion gradually, and the argument in practice is decreasing. It is said that the recognition of the principle of immunities of states and their property will be achieved at last. However, the theory will be more and more important according to the development of the reign of law.This thesis is composed of 4 sections, paying attention to the extant theory about immunities of states and their property, consulting the famous papers and works home and abroad, as well as the cases, making the absolutely immunity and relatively immunity as the core issues.
