Inner-party Anti-corruption System Execution

Strengthen and improve the party's anti-corruption system construction, the key is to increase the anti-corruption system execution. This article first described the current inadequate enforcement problems of the party's anti-corruption system in Chinese communist party. And then systemically discussed and analyzed the basic theory of the party's anti-corruption system execution, the achievements,existing problems and reasons of the party's anti-corruption system execution,and countermeasures on improving the party's anti-corruption system execution respectively. Faithfully implement,principles,Legal principles of impartiality,systematic principle and mandatory principles. And emphatically analyzed the five factors that influence the institutional execution: System itself factors, executive agent of the system, executive object of the system, resources for execution, and execution environment of the system. Secondly, analyzed the present situation of the party's anti-corruption system execution. Then discussed the achievements since the 16th CPC national congress. The problems in current system ,for example, negative execution, symbolic execution, selective execution, additional execution, alternative execution. And emphatically analyzed the reasons for lack of execution from five aspects: defects of the party's anti-corruption system itself; The party's anti-corruption system execution mechanism is not sound; The party's anti-corruption system executives comprehensive quality defects; The party's anti-corruption system to implement environmental influence; The party's anti-corruption system implementation resources. Finally, put forward ideas and countermeasures from five aspects respectively ,to improve inner-party anti-corruption system of execution: Building scientific ideas and countermeasures of perfect anti-corruption system; Establishing effective party anti-corruption system executing mechanism; Improve the quality of the executives ; Build good party anti-corruption system implementation environment; Rational configuration of inner-party anti-corruption system execution resources.
