Reproductive rights, which is the development of human society developed to a certain stage, is not a strange concept for us in modern society. Because of the diversity of subject and universality of content in reproductive rights, there have been many arguments in whether to restrict the exercise of reproductive rights or not between theorist and judicial practice. As one of the basic human rights, reproductive rights is the same as other human rights. It is a freedom regulated by law, but not an absolute and unlimited right. Naturally, the exercise of reproductive rights should be restricted. To restrict the exercise of reproductive rights is not only beneficial to protect and realize the rights of citizens, to ensure the order development of our society, but also profitable to regulate birth order and further perfect reproductive right legal system in our country. This article is divided into four chapters by referencing the arguments:Chapter One, Overview of Reproductive Rights Restrictions. This chapter first sums up the elementary knowledge of the restrictions of the exercise of reproductive rights, which lays the basis for the following article. And then, the author gives the principle provision to the restrictions of the exercise of reproductive rights. To restrict the exercise of reproductive rights must not break the law and administrative regulations, but must fully protect interests of children.Chapter Two, Restrictions of Custody Person's Reproductive Rights. Through referencing the legislation abroad and the arguments in theorist, this part gives the reasons why we should restrict custody person's reproductive rights.Chapter Three, Restrictions on Reproductive Modes. After the simple introduction of reproductive modes, the author brings up her own standpoint on the hot issue that whether we should permit surrogate mother or not through comparing the legislation home and abroad and the different arguments in theorist.Chapter Four, Other Restrictions on the Exercise of Reproductive Rights. The last part of this article simply introduces other restrictions on the exercise of reproductive rights by referencing the content of reproductive rights. For example, the number of births, the time interval of births, gender identification and so on.
